Shipping & Returns
Teddy's Smoke Shop does not accept any returns or exchanges on product unless defective. An item with a cosmetic default is not considered defective. If a product is defective and you require a return or exchange please contact us via email or phone with 48 hours of package receipt. There will be no returns or exchanges without a prior 48 hours notification. Teddy's Smoke Shop reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on returned devices found to be non-defective. Teddy's reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange request.
Returned items must be received within 14 days of notification.
- Item must be unused. We do not accept returns on used items.
- Items must be free of stains, residue, deodorant, or wear/use
- Cleaning Supplies, Rolling Papers, Open Coils, E-liquids, Shisha, & Wraps are non-returnable.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your items are received. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed. Items returned with missing or incomplete parts shall be charged accordingly.
Teddy's smoke shop does not provided pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Teddy's Smoke Shop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Teddy's Smoke Shop does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Teddy's Smoke Shop does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
All orders will be prepared to ship within 72 hours of your order confirmation. Once shipped, your order can take up to 5-10 mailing days to arrive to you depending on your location and shipping selection. Shipments may not be completed during weekends or national holidays. Teddy's Smoke Shop does not assume any responsibility for lost packages, damaged packages, or stolen packages. Please file claims for damaged lost, stolen, or damaged packages with your delivery carrier.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it within 24 hours of expected delivery, please do the following actions & measures stated below:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery.
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
If you have completed all of these appropriate measures, please submit a claim with the carrier that delivered the package.
All orders are sent in a plain box. Orders sent via USPS Priority Mail and UPS simply show our return address on the label - no company name.
PACKAGE RECEIPT SIGNATURE
The products we sell are intended for adults and are to be used for tobacco only. We take underage smoking very seriously and for this reason we may require a signature and age verification upon package receipt.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Shisha and other tobacco products will only be shipped within the state of Georgia.
